Is this a trading tool?
No. OpenTrend is an educational and competitive game using virtual capital. It does not provide financial advice.
Why is price normalized?
Base-100 normalization avoids making an asset too easy to recognize from its price and keeps scenarios comparable.
Can I replay the Daily?
The game keeps the Daily result to avoid immediate replay. The leaderboard can then receive your score with your nickname.
Is the data real?
The game uses historical data provided through Alpaca, with development fallbacks when a data point is not available locally.
